Special dish - Seafood rice
Edogin is a sushi restaurant at Gyoutoku, Chiba running by a couple. They are very friendly. Although the restaurant is small, it's very cozy. We chatted with the chef and other customers while we were enjoying many different kinds of dishes. I tried sea cucumber sashimi. The chef cut the sea cucumber in small pieces and mixed with vinegar, mirin and ponzu. That was very chewy. Its texture is totally different to sea cucumber in Chinese cuisine. The chef made me a special dish, seafood rice. That was delicious!
